Nestled in the heart of the Sierra Nevada, where the land holds sacred space for deep healing and restoration.
Still Mountain Wellness Retreat is a place to unplug, reconnect with nature, and remember what it feels like to be whole. We believe that true wellness happens when our mind, body and spirits are in balance, so our teachers draw on our decades of experience to guide you through restorative breathwork, somatic healing, meditation, and healing through food.
Rooted in ancient practices and compassionate service, we are dedicated to helping you recover from the stress, anxiety, and burnout of modern life. No matter which retreat experience you choose, you will leave with the tools and daily rituals you need to restore energy, build resilience, and support lasting wellbeing.

We host a range of retreats, weaving together ancient eastern and western practices to create deeply restorative experiences that are designed to support lasting change. From Kavailadhama-trained Master’s in Yoga and Ayerveda, to Teachers of Vipassana Meditation and Biomechanics, every instructor is carefully selected for their expertise, years of experience and personal dedication to healing and transformation.

Every meal at our all-inclusive wellness retreat is thoughtfully prepared using fresh, organic, nourishing ingredients. Our balanced approach to nutrition is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory foods to help restore your body’s natural balance, support vitality and encourage deeper healing.

Every wellness practice is strengthened by quiet, intentional rest. Our thoughtfully appointed private rooms include refined comforts designed to support complete restoration. Natural stone finishes, jetted showers, free-standing soaking tubs and luxurious linens invite you to fully unwind for a more profound healing experience.

Every wellness practice takes time. That’s why every retreat includes ongoing support specifically designed to integrate what you’ve learned into your daily life. Our guests leave with meaningful connections with instructors and each other, along with a period of continued support if new questions or challenges arise.

The world we live in is more than a backdrop; it is a strong foundation that supports all life and is a part of our healing journey. Proceeds from every retreat help to restore and sustain the land around us through conservation, regeneration and environmental stewardship in partnership with organizations like National Resource Conservation Services, the USDA, FSA, Xerces Society and Point Blue Conservation Science.

Our personal healing is even more meaningful when it creates healing opportunities for others. That’s why the work we do is designed to create a ripple effect that makes a difference in our community. Paid retreats fund scholarship programs with select charity partners to give victims of abuse and trauma the space they need to be rebuild confidence and be restored.
Deepak's roots reach back toward the sacred region near Haridwar, where the Ganga carries the memory of seekers, sages, and simple devotional living.
Still Mountain was created from a sincere belief that healing does not always begin with more effort. Sometimes it begins with safety, silence, and the quiet permission to stop carrying everything alone.
This is the philosophy behind the land: to offer a place where people can come as they are, rest without performance, and slowly remember the peace that has never fully left them.
Real guest voices, kept close to their natural wording, shared as quiet reflections.

"The whole weekend was filled with knowledge, instruction, delicious food, and clean comfortable accommodations. It completely exceeded my expectations."
